Garfield County requires that all bids and proposals be submitted electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) through the BidNet Direct website. BidNet delivers convenient, centralized online access to solicitations, reducing paperwork and making it easier for vendors to do business with Garfield County.
