Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing

Garfield County requires that all bids and proposals be submitted electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) through the BidNet Direct website. BidNet delivers convenient, centralized online access to solicitations, reducing paperwork and making it easier for vendors to do business with Garfield County. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that all bids or proposals are submitted prior to the closing time. Once registered, vendors can learn more about how to maximize bidding opportunities.
