Nominations are now being accepted for the 36th annual Garfield County Humanitarian Awards, which honor community volunteers and human services professionals for their dedication to making Garfield County a better place to live, work, and play. The completed nomination package must include: a) nomination form; b) letter stating why the person is being nominated; and c) support letters from at least three but no more than six other people. The nominations must be received by 4 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026, to be considered.
