Armstrong, which specializes in airport engineering and planning services, scored the highest out of three candidates in the request for qualifications search. GARFIELD COUNTY, CO – A new single-engine air tanker (SEAT) base is up and running at the Rifle Garfield County Airport that shortens ground time for pilots battling wildfires in Garfield County and beyond.
