Signs

Sign permit applications must be accompanied by sign site plans, specifications, photocopies of proposed signs and may require engineered drawings. Sign permit costs are $1/per square foot, with a minimum charge of $25.

Article 11 of the Land Use and Development Code includes specific information in regard to signs including provisions about standards for location, dimensions, lighting, safety and content.
