Community Advisory Committee
Purpose
The Community Advisory Committee encompasses a diverse representation of individuals in our region (Garfield, Eagle, Pitkin, and Summit counties). The purpose of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is to function only as an advisory body providing recommendations to the Case Management Agency.
Responsibilities include:
- Review Case Management Agency complaints
- Receive complaints from the community regarding the Case Management Agency via open forum at Community Advisory Committee meetings
- Support the Case Management Agency in resolving complaints with members
- Make recommendations to the Case Management Agency about policies and procedures, and
- Provide public input and guidance to the Case Management Agency

Community Advisory Committee 2026 Meeting Dates
The regular schedule for the Community Advisory Committee is the 4th Monday of each month, at 1:00 pm. The regular schedule will apply to January through October meetings. The November Community Advisory Committee meeting will be on the 3rd Monday of November. The December Community Advisory Committee meeting will be on the 3rd Monday of December only if there are complaints to review. If there are no complaints, the committee will not meet in December. The meetings are virtual, and the link will be posted at least one week prior to the meeting.
